Shop Policies

Pickup and shipping:

We offer local pickup! Book an appointment on your time and we will meet you at the warehouse! Shipping is available on products!

We are offering in person appointments:

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 4pm-7pm

Sunday 10am-3pm

Each session will be an hour in the supply house!

In store hours:

Saturday 10am-3pm

You do not have to book an appointment but if you wish too, you can!

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with any products you purchase, please contact us directly so we can address and resolve any issues.

Special Requests: We welcome your requests for specific fragrance oils, wax, or wicks. We will do our best to accommodate these requests while striving to keep our prices affordable.

Shipping Policy: To avoid high shipping costs that could impact our pricing, we will not be sourcing wax from California. Instead, we have carefully selected three exceptional proprietary wax blends for your satisfaction.

We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
If your total order weight exceeds 150 lbs., our system may automatically apply a backup flat rate of $200. This is a placeholder and may not reflect the actual shipping cost.

If your actual shipping cost is less, we will issue you a refund.
If it is more, you will receive an invoice for the difference.

If the shipping rate at checkout doesn’t look right or you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us before placing your order—we’re happy to help!

Appointment for Pickup: Pickup is available by appointment only. Please schedule your pickup time in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel your pick up appointment, please notify me by phone within 24 hours.
